OBJECTIVES:

1. To implement INC syllabus in total
2. To plan for continuous internal evaluation
3. To develop course and unit plan

FUNCTIONS:

1. Prepare master plan of subject allotment.
2. Prepare the academic calendar.
3. Conduct periodic meeting with the class coordinators and the subject coordinators.
4. Schedule for internal evaluation.
5. Monitor the progress of academic activities.
6. Plan for clinical practice.
